William A. Miller is an associate attorney with the firm’s Silicon Valley office. His practice focuses on general corporate and corporate finance matters, intellectual property licensing, mergers and acquisitions and general business law advisement related to emerging growth and high technology entities.
Prior to joining White & Lee, William worked in Orange County, California with the law firm of Friedman Stroffe & Gerard, P.C. where he provided outside general counsel services to publicly traded and closely held entities in the surf and surf apparel industries. Prior to his time in Southern California, William worked with the Palo Alto based law firm iDeal Counsel, P.C. where he provided outside general counsel services to emerging growth and high technology companies, and with the San Francisco law firm Hassard Bonnington LLP where he provided general corporate and regulatory advisement to medical groups and various healthcare related entities. William is a former United States Marine.
