 Mark B. James
is a transactional attorney in the Portland office of White
& Lee LLP. Mr. James practices in the general areas of corporate,
commercial, intellectual property and securities law. He also
works closely with clients in the development of their business
plans and financing strategy.
Prior to joining White & Lee in 1999, Mr. James performed research and transaction analysis at Shaw Ventures, LLC and Genesis Merchant Group Securities.
