Paul Blumenstein has extensive experience representing emerging growth companies, entrepreneurs and investors in venture capital financings, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings as well as advising public companies on securities and corporate governance matters. He has represented companies in various industries including Internet, e-commerce, software, semiconductor and life sciences companies. Prior to joining White & Lee, Paul practiced for 15 years with DLA Piper and Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich.
