Mr. Davidson is a transactional attorney with extensive experience
in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance,
complex technology transfers and intellectual property matters
for emerging growth and later-stage companies. Mr. Davidson
regularly advises clients on key issues including strategic
alliances, venture financings and revenue generation. Mr. Davidson
also serves as counsel for a number of clients in the apparel,
sports and entertainment industries.
Mr. Davidson's representative clients include Chrome Systems, Inc., Tour Golf Group (the exclusive footwear license for Callaway Golf Company), nau, OlaKai, Oregon Central Corporation (a partner in Pumpkin Ridge Partners), Gleukos, Inc., OnScreen Technologies, Inc., IndieVest, Vernier Networks, Inc., TenAsys and Louisiana-Pacific Corporation.
In addition to his practice, Mr.
Davidson serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations
that focus on improving the lives of the disabled and
disadvantaged in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
