 William
A McGee is a transactional attorney in the Portland office of
White & Lee LLP. His practice focuses on corporate legal
matters practices including venture capital financing and the
formation and representation of emerging growth companies, particularly
in the technology sector.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. McGee worked as a licensed
stockbroker and trader in New York City and Palo Alto, CA.
Before joining White & Lee in the fall of 2006, he completed
summer internship with the Commodities Futures Trading Commission
in Washington, DC.
