The program is designed to provide management teams, including CEO's, COO's and VP's, with case study materials and highly interactive discussions on issues, trends and solutions to problems confronting mid- and later-stage companies in the Valley.
Each session will
address two related topics, one studied through a case study, and
the other through a keynote discussion. Cases in these sessions
will be studied under the Socratic method, as in business schools.
White & Lee will moderate the discussion between attendees and
an expert panel for the featured case.
The case will be available to attendees one
week prior to the seminar dates through the White & Lee and
SDForum websites. Attendees should familiarize themselves with the
issues presented in the case study before attending the sessions. Active participation is
encouraged!
Please note
that all issues, even those that are not explored in the cases,
are open to discussion at the sessions. If attendees wish to come
into the sessions with particular issues to be addressed by other
attendees and the panelists, they are welcome to do so.
