Mark White participates in Mexico’s national business plan competition

 

Mark White served as a judge for Mexico’s national business plan competition held by the Ministry of Economy and the United States-Mexico Foundation for Science. The winners, honored at the awards ceremony held on October 6 in Mexico City, will be working with TechBA in the U.S. to accelerate the commercialization of their products and services for the global market.

Numenta Creating New Machines




We are pleased to announce that our client Numenta, a new venture co-founded by Jeff Hawkins and Donna Dubinsky, was formally launched last Thursday, March 24. The co-founders of Palm Computing Inc. and Handspring Inc. have joined forces with a Stanford computer science graduate student, Dileep George, to develop software and potentially other devices that emulate the memory systems of the human brain. Numenta's endeavor is based on Hawkins' theory of intelligent machines, described in his 2004 book, On Intelligence.
