2007 in Review

We saw our best year ever…. and worked on many high profile financings and acquisitions – including the sale of clients to Google and Ingram Micro. The pipeline is full, and the companies and investors we work with in the Valley and Pacific Northwest continue to be very active. Also, the firm purchased an office building in downtown Redwood City this past year – and will move our Silicon Valley office to that new location in June 2008. We will provide you with updates as we get into the New Year.

Atria Genetics
acquired by Celera for $33M.

White & Lee represented Atria Genetics, Inc. in the acquisition
of substantially all of its assets by Celera (NYSE:CRA), a division
of Applera Corporation, for approximately $33 million in cash.
Atria developed a line of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) testing
products that are used for identifying potential donors in the
matching process for bone marrow transplantation. Read the press
