Events - January 2010		January 6th, White & Lee and Whiteboard Accelerator hosted a CIO roundtable discussion over lunch organized by CDI Corporation on “Social Networking in the Corporate Enterprise”.  We had a full house – and have scheduled a follow-on discussion on Wednesday, February 3rd! January 19th we kicked off another year of provocative breakfast workshops organized by the SD Forum with a return visit by Nate Gold speaking on “Giving Memorable Product Demos”.   Watch for announcements on our next workshop in February. Atria Genetics acquired by Celera for $33M.		White & Lee represented Atria Genetics, Inc. in the acquisition of substantially all of its assets by Celera (NYSE:CRA), a division of Applera Corporation, for approximately $33 million in cash. Atria developed a line of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) testing products that are used for identifying potential donors in the matching process for bone marrow transplantation.
