Joy Nair

Joy Nair is a transactional associate in the Portland office where she practices in the corporate and securities law, on matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and formation and general corporate representation to emerging growth companies. Joy works with clients in a variety of industries including software, technology and financial services.


Prior to joining White & Lee, Joy worked as a General Counsel and Vice President for a start-up company selling solar energy consumer products to the working poor in the MENASA region. Joy began her legal career with K&L Gates Corporate, M&A and Securities Group, where she counseled clients on corporate and securities laws, mergers and acquisitions and public and private financings, including private equity and venture capital transactions.
