Thomas C. Armstrong

Mr. Armstrong has extensive experience in representing companies and investors in venture capital financings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. His practice includes representation of companies and investors in various industries including life sciences, medical devices, software, internet, consumer goods, cleantech and entertainment. Mr. Armstrong is a member of the faculty of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and has spoken widely on representation and financing of emerging companies. Mr. Armstrong is also on the Advisory Board of Ion Partners, an investment banking firm specializing in assisting emerging companies in capital raising and mergers and acquisitions, and a member of The Keiretsu Forum, a leading angel investment group.
